Please keep my friend Liz and her family in your prayers this season as they mourn the loss of her mother, who passed away this week. Liz is also doing an amazing job at taking care of her father who is in ailing health. Thank you for remembering them.

Oh, that's so hard. I've lost my dad, but cannot imagine losing my mom. I don't even like to think of it.
